Notice to Bidders
THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL SCHOOLS IN THE COUNTY OF MERCER INVITES THE SUBMISSION OF SEALED BIDS FOR:
MCTS VOIP Telephone System
Bids will be received until Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 12:00 PM at the Board Office, Mercer County Vocational-Technical Schools, 1085 Old Trenton Road, Trenton, New Jersey 08690, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened.

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals; to waive any informalities; and to limit the contract to the amount of funds available. Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days subsequent to the date of the bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et. seq., PL 2005, Chapter 127, Affirmative Action Against Discrimination (NJAC 17:27 et. seq.)
