Culinary Arts

This
challenging program is designed to provide students with real life
experience. The course content focuses on superb entry-level
culinary skills, pride and professionalism, readying them for a career
in the ever-growing field of hospitality. Working in a "state of
the art" kitchen, the students learn basic culinary preparations, line
cooking and banquet facilitation. Second and third year Culinary
students will be attending during the AM session. First year
students will attend during the PM session.
Applicants to the program must be referred by a child study team.
