FOOD MANAGEMENT/MARKETING
EDUCATION – (20 Credits)
This
dynamic program prepares students for careers in the field of marketing.
Major areas of study include retailing, cashiering, selling, advertising
and promotion, resume writing and interviewing. Students will have
the immediate opportunity to apply these newly acquired skills in Mercer
Market, an on-campus retail store operated by Food Management Marketing
students. If you would like to own or operate a business in the
future or just learn the procedure, then Food Management Marketing is
for you!
Applicants to the program must be referred by a child study team.
